Victor Jian has been working in the area of U.S. immigration law since beginning of 2006. He has currently admitted to New York Bar. Victor has more than 18 years of experience in all kinds of employment-based immigrant visas and non-immigrant visas, such as EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, EB-5, Labor Certificate, L, O, P, H-1B, E visas, and so on. Also Victor is good at family-based immigrant and non-immigrant visas, such as I -130, consular processing, K1 visa, K3 visa and so on.
